The first step in enrolling in the CMA program is a review of your post-secondary transcripts. A transcript evaluation generally shows the number of pre-requisite courses completed, and will allow us to better advise you on which program stream best fits your educational and professional background. CMABC provides evaluations at no charge for individuals educated in Canada. In some situations those educated outside of Canada will be required to obtain International Credential Evaluation Service (ICES) reports. For additional information refer to International Qualifications FAQs. To request a review, complete and return CMABC’s Transcript Evaluation form and have your official transcript(s) and/or ICES report(s) mailed directly by the issuing institution or ICES to “Transcript Evaluations” at the address below: Transcript Evaluations The Transcript Evaluation form can be sent by fax or mail, or delivered in person (CMABC suggests you attach your resume to the form). Official transcripts are those that are mailed by the institution directly to the CMABC Office in an envelope bearing the institution’s seal and/or official’s signature across the envelope flap. Please note that it may take approximately three weeks upon receiving the required documents, to complete our review and inform you of the results. Please feel free to contact the CMABC office at 604-484-7062 or 1-800-663-9646, ext. 7062 if you have not heard from us within this time frame. |
