Forms

Prior to registration, all students are required to have a transcript review to ensure they meet or will meet CMA DAP Bridging Program requirements. (If you are currently completing the UBC Diploma in Accounting Program, please note that you will be required to have your official transcripts reviewed to confirm the courses you have completed to date as well as the courses that are in progress in your final term). All post-secondary transcripts should be submitted at this time, including those from your undergraduate degree program.

The following forms and documentation are required for registration:

• CMA Bridging course Registration Form - coming soon!
• CMA National Entrance Examination Registration Form
• CMA Student Member Application Form
• Final Official transcripts from the UBC DAP program (showing completion of DAP program including any CMA Bridging program prerequisites still in progress at the time of the initial Transcript Review) and an approved Advanced Management Accounting course. These must be received by no later than September 30.
• Self Study Material Order Form (if applicable)
