First-Time Writers (Accelerated Program)

The deadline for first-time writers (Accelerated Program) to register for the June 2012: May 11, 2012.

Students who achieve a minimum 60 percent average in the CMA Accelerated Program are eligible to challenge the National Entrance Exam. Students who qualify for the Entrance Exam through the Accelerated Program are required to enroll in the Simulation Series Prep Course. The Simulation Series may be taken in-class at Langara College or through online sessions for distance education students.

CMA students taking the CMA Accelerated Program must make their first attempt at the CMA National Entrance Exam immediately following successful completion of the program. After scoring 60 per cent or higher on the CMA National Entrance Exam, the minimum passing grade, they become eligible to register for the CMA Strategic Leadership Program. The June 2012 deadline is TBA. As final Accelerated Program marks may not be available by this date, any students who do not meet the AP requirements will be withdrawn from the Entrance Exam and refunded the Simulation Series and exam registration fees.
